  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and User Administration.
  • Monitor server health, performance, capacity, and availability.
  • Perform OS installation, patch management, upgrades, and server hardening.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows server, network, and application issues.
  • Handle incident, change, problem, and service request management activities.
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with application, network, security, and cloud teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, security, and operational standards.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
