Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support enterprise endpoint infrastructure including desktops laptops and virtual workstations
• Administer Microsoft Intune SCCM MECM Autopilot and endpoint management solutions
• Design and deploy Windows 10 11 operating system builds and upgrade solutions
• Manage device provisioning software packaging patch management and compliance policies
• Implement endpoint security controls using Microsoft Defender and security best practices
• Support device lifecycle management including onboarding refresh and decommissioning
• Troubleshoot complex desktop application and mobility related issues
• Manage Group Policies Active Directory Azure AD Entra ID and endpoint configurations
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Monitor endpoint health performance and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with security infrastructure and service desk teams for issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation SOPs and knowledge articles
