We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with 9-11 years of expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, AWS, and AI/GenAI technologies. The role involves leading development initiatives, driving technical decisions, and delivering cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.

Develop modern front-end applications using React.js.

Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI-powered workflows.

Design RESTful APIs and ensure performance optimization.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams.

Ensure best practices in coding, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical requirements

Required Experience

9-11 years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17.

Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.

Strong React.js development experience.

Hands-on AWS experience with services such as:

EC2

S3

Lambda

RDS

ECS/EKS

API Gateway

CloudWatch

IAM

Experience in API development and integration.

Strong understanding of design patterns and distributed systems.

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
