岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 针对大模型时代各类模型内外需求, 负责模型落地过程中的产品与工程设计、需求对接与排期等。

2. 从模型效果侧出发，优化整体系统架构。

3. 构建大模型原生的大规模基建和系统。

4. 推动基于大模型的MAAS系统设计&搭建。

5. 针对大模型训练与推理的重点工程优化专项, 参与各工程团队的技术视角项目管理。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 计算机及相关专业, 本科及以上学历。

2. 在一个或多个机器学习领域有算法集成、工程优化、业务落地的全流程参与经历, 有一定程度的算法/产品意识。

3. 对大模型时代各类模型的模型能力、推理实现、上层应用与业务有基本认知, 了解 MaaS 平台岗位的基本职能。

4. 有杰出的团队沟通和协作能力, 有高度的责任心。

5. 有基本的编程素养和良好的代码品味, 对大型生产系统的工程设计有基本理解。

6. 有良好的自驱力和学习能力。
