Talent Acquisition Systems Support Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and systems-focused Talent Acquisition Systems Support Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of our recruitment technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Greenhouse ATS.

This role will serve as the first point of contact for recruitment system support, ensuring recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders have a seamless experience using our recruiting technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, troubleshooting, process documentation, and continuous improvement of recruitment systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Systems Administration & Support

• Act as the primary support resource for Greenhouse ATS and related recruitment technologies (Linkedin Recruiter, HireEz, DataPeople etc)
• Maintain role-based permissions and user access across multiple business units and entities.
• Provide day-to-day support to recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and other system users.
• Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and implementation of new functionality.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Integration & Data Management

• Support integrations between Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, background screening providers, onboarding platforms, and other recruiting technologies.
• Monitor integration health and investigate data discrepancies between systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across recruitment platforms.

Process & User Enablement

• Document recruitment system processes and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver system training and onboarding support for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Promote adoption of Greenhouse best practices and new system functionality.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, and HRIS teams to improve recruitment workflows and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience administering or supporting Greenhouse ATS, Workday, or similar HR and recruitment systems.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and ATS workflows.
• Experience managing user permissions, templates, workflows, and system configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing reports and working with recruitment data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Greenhouse integrations and implementation projects.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, background screening vendors (e.g., Sterling, HireRight), and onboarding systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience supporting global recruitment operations.
• Understanding of data privacy and recruitment compliance requirements.
