Role Overview
Innominds is looking for a Technical Lead / Principal Engineer to serve as the technical owner for key platform capabilities - shaping technical direction, mentoring engineers, and driving delivery across multiple teams, with strong cross-team and cross-time-zone
collaboration.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership
- Full-stack development (front-end + back-end), modern frameworks
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Languages: Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Scala
- Databases: NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB) & RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle)
- Auth/SSO: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
- Distributed systems, message brokers, CI/CD, containerization
- Architecture ownership for large-scale distributed systems
- Technical requirements gathering & stakeholder interfacing (product, engineering, customers)
- Mentoring & driving technical delivery across teams
- AI-assisted / agentic engineering practices - tool evaluation, workflow adoption, quality & security guardrails
- On-call participation
- Cross-team, cross-time-zone Agile collaboration
Good-to-Have Skills and Experience
- GitHub Actions, Helm, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform
