Project Manager (P2P Implementation)

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of a P2P platform, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases
• Define deliverables, timelines, resources, and project priorities in collaboration with the Project Lead and relevant stakeholders
• Execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate issues while ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
• Provide regular project reporting and communication to maintain alignment with business objectives, milestones, and timelines
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Support business process mapping and system design workshops
• Manage project risks related to security, resources, quality, and delivery, escalating issues to the Project Lead and proposing appropriate solutions
• Support the Change Manager with change management and user adoption activities
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration of the S2p solution with ERP systems and other related applications
• Ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new system

Required qualifications & experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within Procurement or Finance transformation projects
• Proven experience coordinating the implementation of solutions for Finance departments
• Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and goods/services receipt
• Experience or good understanding of ERP integrations, such as SAP, Workday, or similar systems
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Language requirements:

  • All project documentation and project-related communication will be conducted in English
