A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Enterprise Data Platform Migration

 Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 months contract w/ extension 

Location: Minneapolis, MN – 3 days onsite/ 2 day remote

Overview: Client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cybersecurity coordination and execution efforts supporting a large-scale enterprise data platform migration. This role partners with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data Platform, and Product teams to ensure technical dependencies, security requirements, risks, and milestones are identified and delivered successfully. The position requires a hands-on program leader who can navigate complex enterprise environments, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure critical cybersecurity initiatives remain on track throughout the migration journey.

As a Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Enterprise Data Platform Migration, you will:

 Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end cybersecurity program coordination for an enterprise data platform migration initiative.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated view of cybersecurity deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership across participating teams.
• Identify security and technical dependencies early and ensure appropriate ownership, timelines, and remediation plans are in place.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data Platform, and Product teams to align project plans and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Facilitate discussions related to security architecture, integrations, technical dependencies, and implementation sequencing.
• Proactively identify risks, unresolved decisions, conflicting assumptions, and potential blockers before they impact delivery timelines.
• Lead issue resolution efforts when accountability spans multiple teams or organizational boundaries.
• Track and communicate critical-path activities, major milestones, risks, blockers, and overall program status.
• Deliver concise executive communications highlighting key decisions, risks, dependencies, actions, and program outcomes.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated into migration planning and execution activities.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to support successful and timely delivery of migration objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs involving engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, network security, application security, data protection, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
• Ability to understand technical architecture discussions and identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Ability to establish accountability and drive progress across complex organizational structures.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, integration points, milestones, sequencing, and critical-path activities.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and guide teams toward decisions and issue resolution.
• Experience providing executive-level updates focused on program health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and governance to highly complex technology initiatives.

 PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $80- $90 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
