Business group: The Technology and Manufacturing group is responsible for developing and manufacturing Intel's leading-edge silicon products. As part of this team, you will work on processes and equipment that enable Intel's advanced semiconductor technologies and help ensure consistent production quality across the company's global manufacturing network. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to support device miniaturization and defect control.

- Conduct tests and measurements to ensure critical dimensions and defectivity are maintained within specifications.

- Recommend and implement process and equipment modifications to improve production efficiency, yield, and cost performance.

- Lead equipment maintenance and repair activities to ensure seamless module operations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and defect prevention.

- Develop and implement systems for early detection and resolution of process or equipment discrepancies.

- Participate in the transfer of technology to global manufacturing sites, providing training and audits to ensure process consistency.

- Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance equipment capabilities and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electronics, Optoelectronics Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics, or equivalent experience as per job requirements.

- Relevant experience in Metro Engineering with high proficiency in toolsets related to wet etch processes.

- Demonstrated expertise in conducting tests, measurements, and data analysis to identify and resolve process variabilities.

- Practical experience or a thorough understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge and experience with AI tools, automation solutions, and manufacturing systems for process optimization and productivity improvement is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.

- Exposure to problem-solving methodologies, such as Model-Based Problem Solving (MBPS).

- Prior experience with wet etch systems, processes, and process optimization.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
