The Role and Impact

As an Analog Product Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the testability and manufacturability of analog and RF integrated circuits from initial feasibility through production ramp. Your expertise will directly contribute to the evaluation, development, and debugging of complex test methods, ensuring high-quality products meet both internal and industry specifications. This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and optimize production test solutions that enhance performance and yield.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and validate analog and RF integrated circuit testability features, ensuring alignment with design requirements and industry benchmarks.

- Collaborate with design teams to implement design-for-test (DFT) features and optimize production test strategies.

- Debug and refine complex software programs to support automated test equipment (ATE) and design validation flows.

- Perform correlation studies between ATE and design validation, debugging functionality and performance issues to root cause.

- Characterize circuits for power and thermal performance, ensuring compliance with datasheet specifications and internal standards.

- Define and implement calibration and trimming techniques for power delivery and thermal sensing circuits, supporting performance optimization and binning processes.

- Monitor production data to optimize yield and resolve post-release concerns, ensuring product quality and reliability.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in analog and/or RF product development, including circuit design, characterization, and validation.

- Proficiency in developing and debugging software programs for automated test solutions and test equipment.

- Hands-on experience with digital signal processing, BERTS/Scopes, and automatic test equipment (ATE).

- Demonstrated ability to debug and analyze circuit functionality and performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of professional experience.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

- Proven track record of driving innovation in production testing, calibration, and yield optimization.
