We are looking for an experienced Go Developer to join an international engineering team delivering next-generation software solutions for the automotive industry. In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable backend services and AI-powered solutions supporting premium electric vehicles. Our client is a global technology company developing innovative solutions for one of the world's leading premium electric vehicle manufacturers. The project focuses on next-generation electric mobility and intelligent in-vehicle technologies, combining modern backend development with AI-powered conversational systems.
You will join a global Agile team responsible for designing and building high-performance, scalable software used in advanced automotive platforms.
Your responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go.
Build scalable, distributed, and concurrent applications.
Develop integrations with AI/ML models (including GPT) for real-time conversational systems.
Create reusable services and components following modern software engineering practices.
Participate in software design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
Write unit tests and troubleshoot software issues.
Perform code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
Collaborate with international cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial experience with Go.
Experience integrating AI/ML models (e.g. GPT), especially for conversational applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles.
Experience with distributed systems and scalable backend architectures.
Knowledge of event-driven microservices.
Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
Experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, deployment, support).
Passion for building scalable, concurrent, and high-performance applications.
Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment with changing requirements.
Good understanding of Agile software development practices.
English at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have:
Experience in the Embedded Automotive domain.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
