- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems or related field
- 2-3+ years programming experience in VB.NET as well as experience with/exposure to:

o HTML
o VBS
o JavaScript
o MS-Visual Studio
o Silverlight
o MS-Access
o MS-SharePoint
o Enterprise Service Bus
- Experience with XML and XSLT
- Experience developing or working with interfaces
- Experience working with Middleware
- 5+ years Microsoft experience using:
o Visual Studio
o Team Foundation Server
o SQL Server Management Studio
o SQL Server Reporting Services
o T-SQL
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced logical troubleshooting skills
