Financial Processor/Associate Position Description

IFG (Interfacefinancial.com) is seeking an analytical, organized and sales minded individual to join our commercial credit team as a Financial Processor/Associate. Reporting to the Chief Credit Officer, this individual will be responsible for processing and administrating financial transactions. This position will assist in the day-to-day portfolio responsibilities. Primary objectives of this position are to ensure that commercial transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce documentation for new and existing client files
• Perform commercial and other credit searches
• Process paperwork and administrate files through proprietary software system
• Special projects as directed by management
• Willingness to learn new skills and help out with whatever is needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
• No experience necessary
• Must have the ability to learn quickly and perform fast and efficiently
• Ability to grasp new concepts and training and apply it in real time a Must
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to new demands and challenges
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to work under minimal supervision is required
• Competently utilize computer software - MS Word, MS Excel and email are an integral part of day-to-day activity
