À propos du poste

Pour le compte d'un groupe bancaire de premier plan au Maroc, nous recherchons un(e) PMO Cyber Transformation pour accompagner le pilotage d'un programme de transformation cybersécurité impliquant plusieurs directions.

Missions principales

Coordonner et piloter les projets du programme de transformation cyber
Assurer le reporting, les tableaux de bord et le suivi des KPI
Préparer les comités de pilotage et de gouvernance
Suivre les plans d'action, les risques et le budget/planning
Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes

Profil recherché

Bac+5 en systèmes d'information, gestion de projet, transformation digitale, cybersécurité (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent)
3 à 6 ans d'expérience en PMO, pilotage de projets SI, transformation digitale ou gouvernance IT/Cyber
Expérience sur des programmes complexes, multi-projets ou impliquant plusieurs directions appréciée
Compétences : coordination de projets, reporting, gouvernance, gestion des risques, KPI/dashboards, pilotage transverse
