We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Key Purpose

• The key purpose of this role is to safely operate and maintain defined packaging equipment and related processes in order to achieve optimal effectiveness.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operating equipment and manage associated processes & performance in packaging:

• Operate manual and automatic machines online as per standards.
• Ensure process quality and productivity.
• Monitor production processes on shift and correct any negative trends. 
• Interpret and implement production plan for shift. 
• Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. 

Perform administration:

• Complete associated tracking and monitoring: Complete operator workstation administration and take action as required.
• Contribute to self-development. 
• Complete team room administration as required. 

Problem solving:

• Contribute towards AB reports as required.
• Use QFR's (As per triggers).
• Manage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends.
• Complete 5 WHY's (as per triggers) with relevant team members.

Autonomous operations: 

• Conduct autonomous operations (Clean, Inspect, Tag & Repair).

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience preferably in a Foods and Beverages Industry.
• Degree / National Diploma in Electrical engineering or a related field.
