Bally's Intralot is a Greek gaming technology company, formerly Intralot, that supplies lottery and sports betting systems, terminals and services to state lottery operators around the world. Founded in 1992 and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, it combined with Bally's international online gaming business in 2025 and employs software support engineers, Java developers and project managers. The company is headquartered in Peania, near Athens, Greece.

Who we are

Bally’s Intralot is a newly formed company established through the combination of Intralot and Bally’s International Interactive, positioning the group as a top iGaming operator and a leading global provider of lottery solutions.

Bally’s Intralot is uniquely positioned across digital online gaming markets, lottery, iLottery, and sports betting. Operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and entertainment. We are optimally positioned to capitalize on strong global growth trends driven by digital adoption and regulatory expansion across lottery and iGaming markets.

Well, what about the team?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Social Media Manager to lead the daily management and strategic growth of Bally's Intralot's organic social media channels across our portfolio of UK betting and gaming brands - primarily Instagram, X and Facebook.

You'll own everything from day-to-day content planning, publishing and community engagement to performance optimisation, while helping shape the longer-term strategy that grows our audiences and drives commercial impact across igaming and sports. A thorough understanding of social networks, platform features and trends is essential - alongside strong video editing, content curation and copywriting skills, with a focus on organic social content.

Reporting into the Head of Social Media & Comms Planning, this fast-paced role is built for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can run campaigns independently, juggle multiple workstreams at once and foster cross-functional collaboration. You'll bring a strong creative point of view, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for what's next in social, sport and gaming.

This position is based in either our London, Manchester or Stoke offices, with the option to work from home under our blended working policy.

Requirements

So, what will you be doing?

  • Lead best-in-class, social-first content delivery across Bally’s Intralot’s portfolio of UK brands, spanning Casino, Bingo and Sports verticals.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone and personality across video scripts, social captions and creative copy - tailored to each brand and platform.

  • Craft compelling social content yourself, or write tight, inspiring briefs for our in-house design team

  • Own and manage a daily publishing calendar that plans, repurposes and scales content into fresh, platform-native formats

  • Identify relevant social, sport and igaming trends to create timely, culturally-relevant content and unlock audience growth opportunities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of social campaigns, collaborating closely with teams such as CRM, Promotions and Partnerships to extend reach, engagement and commercial impact

  • Analyse and report on social channel performance - for Bally's Intralot’s brands and key competitors - to test, iterate and optimise content, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Push creative ambition, experimenting with new formats, tools and production techniques to keep our work fresh, relevant and effective

  • Stay ahead of social media trends and key legal and regulatory considerations relevant to betting and gaming advertising

  • Support the Head of Social Media in developing and implementing the wider social media strategy

And what are we looking for?

  • Proven experience managing large-scale social media channels within igaming, sport or major consumer brands, with a portfolio showcasing your past work

  • A strategic thinker who understands how creative execution connects to engagement, growth and commercial/revenue outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of platform-native storytelling and the content creation process, including best practices for short-form video and creative copy.

  • A deep understanding of key social networks, social trends and sport and igaming culture

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing detail

  • Strong video editing, copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience delivering high-quality, native content to tight deadlines

  • Calm, organised and decisive in high-pressure, high-visibility environments

  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude, a challenger mindset and creative ideas

  • Confident navigating feedback and collaborating cross-functionally with clarity and professionalism

  • A genuine passion for igaming and sports
