Invesco is an American investment manager founded in 1935 that grew largely by acquisition into one of the larger asset managers in the world, running money across equities, fixed income, alternatives and exchange traded funds. Its most valuable single asset is QQQ, the exchange traded fund tracking the Nasdaq-100 and among the most heavily traded securities in existence, alongside a substantial institutional and retail fund business. Headquartered in Atlanta and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it faces the same fee compression that has pushed the whole active management industry toward scale or specialisation.

  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and management information covering demand, savings, supplier performance, risk, and operational progress

  • Support contract and statement of work administration by organizing documents and checking key commercial details

  • Prepare materials for business partners, procurement leadership, governance forums, and senior management decision-making

  • Partner with teams such as Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Facilities to progress procurement requests

  • Bring an AI mindset to identify opportunities where Procurement can improve efficiency, strengthen insights, and create new value for the enterprise

What You Get

  • Broad Procurement Exposure - Gain experience across buying, sourcing, supplier management, analytics, contracting, third-party risk, governance, and reporting

  • Leadership & Business Access - Connect with procurement leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand how decisions are made

  • Real Project Ownership - Support meaningful initiatives from concept to completion that improve processes, controls, risk management, and business outcomes

  • Data & AI-Driven Skills - Build analytical capability through spend data, supplier information, reporting, metrics, insight generation, and practical AI-enabled improvement ideas

  • Career Development - Develop communication, analysis, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with mentor support

  • Intern Community & Future Opportunity - Build connections with fellow interns, with strong performance potentially leading to a full-time Early Career Program offer
