岗位职责 / Responsibilities

- 负责智能座舱的视觉界面设计，结合品牌调性，定义全球化的视觉风格、设计规范、字体系统、版式布局、颜色样式、界面元素与交互动效

- 基于核心设计语言，维护完整且统一的设计系统及组件库，推动其在团队内的落地执行，实现各业务模块的设计体验一致性

- 针对不同的产品定义和交互概念，探索创新的视觉表达与动态体验，并推动设计想法的高质量交付与落地

- 与品牌、产品、研发、测试、用研人员及合作伙伴进行高效沟通、协作与共创

- 时刻关注全球设计趋势，总结分享美学灵感、设计原则和创意工具，帮助提升团队的设计能力

任职要求 / Requirements

- 视觉设计、交互设计、工业设计、新媒体设计或计算机等设计相关专业的本科及以上学位

- 5年的车载产品或智能硬件产品设计经验，熟悉车载产品和车辆功能，同时具备手机和车载产品设计经验者优先

- 善于故事表达和视觉呈现，展示用户体验流程与核心交互场景

- 具备一定的用户洞察与产品思维，平衡交互体验与视觉体验

- 灵活使用各类设计工具，例如Adobe、Sketch、Figma、Principle、Protopie、Cinema4D、Unity，有三维及动效经验者优先

- 具备开阔的国际化视野，卓越的中西方审美素质，以及跨文化的同理心

- 英文可作为工作语言的优先
