1. 远程分析处理充换电服务服务过程中的相关问题

2. 重大设备故障应急响应和处置

3. 利用远程工具解决换电站发生的相关故障

4. 协助现场人员解决换电站遇到的问题

5. 对OCC专员进行换电技术培训赋能

6. 自助充换电设施远程参数配置管理

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 电气自动化/机电一体化专业背景，有3年以上的机电设备（风机，机床，工程机械等）或者充换电设施的运维/管理经验

2. 对智能运维，物联网，数字孪生等领域和技术有深刻的理解，有1年以上的远程运维/总部调度指挥经验;

3. 有良好的沟通协调能力，善于跨部门合作，争取相关资源，协调相关团队将产品策略执行落地;

4. 有超强的学习能力和执行力

5. 本科及以上学历

6. 有良好的英语水平，可满足日常口头和书面的沟通需求

7. 接受两班倒的工作模式
