The role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Sales Environmental team in the plastics packaging sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the plastics packaging industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the plastics packaging sector.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plastics packaging to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies and goals. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the plastics packaging sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the plastics packaging industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
