Обязанности:
  • Прием и регистрация обращений и инцидентов от пользователей компании;
  • Классификация в системе Service desk, маршрутизация на вторую/третью линию поддержки;
  • Координация и контроль выполнения SLA;
  • Консультация пользователей и решение обращений пользователей по типовым ИТ вопросам;
  • Формирование и предоставление еженедельной отчетности;
  • Непосредственное участие в развитии услуг Service desk.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы по профилю от 2-х лет;
  • Знание ПК, типового офисного ПО на уровне опытного пользователя;
  • Знание базовых принципов работы Active Directory;
  • Опыт работы с системами Service desk и понимание методологии процесса сопровождения;
  • Коммуникативные навыки, исполнительность, умение работать в команде, ответственность.
Условия:
  • Обучение в процессе работы;
  • Оформление по ТК РФ;
  • ДМС после испытательного срока;
  • Работа в офисе, 5/2, 09:30 - 18:00.
