Основные задачи:
  • Управление комплексными IT и digital-проектами Банка на всех этапах жизненного цикла: инициирование, планирование, исполнение, контроль, закрытие.
  • Координация работы кросс-функциональных команд (IT, бизнес подразделения, подрядчики, вендоры), управление зависимостями и ресурсами.
  • Обеспечение соблюдения сроков, бюджета, объёма и качества проектов, управление рисками и изменениями.
  • Подготовка и представление отчетности по проектам для руководства и коллегиальных органов (BDC, Steering Committees и др.).
  • Участие в развитии проектных практик, стандартов и инструментов управления проектным портфелем.

Мы ожидаем:
  • Опыт работы в управлении IT-проектами не менее 3-5 лет, включая опыт ведения сложных кросс-функциональных и/или multi-vendor проектов.
  • Высшее образование в области информационных технологий, экономики, управления, бизнес-информатики или смежных областях.
  • свободное владение русским и английским на разговорном уровне!
  • Дополнительным преимуществом является наличие профессиональных сертификатов в области управления проектами и Agile-подходов (PMP, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban и др.)
  • Опыт работы в банковской сфере или финансовых организациях является преимуществом.
