¿Te apasiona la tecnología, los datos y la experiencia del cliente? Buscamos un/a CX Technology Analyst para ejecutar la implementación y evolución de programas de Voz del Cliente (VoC) en plataformas como Medallia y/o Qualtrics.

¿Qué harás?

Configurar y administrar programas de Customer Experience y VoC.

Desarrollar encuestas, dashboards, automatizaciones y alertas.

Implementar integraciones de datos mediante APIs, SFTP y otros conectores.

Analizar métricas de experiencia como NPS, CSAT y CES para generar insights accionables.

Asegurar la calidad de los desarrollos y dar soporte a programas activos.

Capacitar usuarios y acompañar a clientes en la adopción de la plataforma.

¿Qué buscamos?

Profesional en Ingeniería, Ciencias de Datos o afines. 2 años de experiencia en implementación de plataformas, integración de datos y análisis de información con Medallia y/o Qualtrics. Conocimientos en Customer Experience, NPS, CSAT y CES.

Será un plus si tienes:

⭐ Certificaciones en Medallia o Qualtrics.

⭐ Conocimientos en SQL, Power BI o Tableau.

⭐ Experiencia con excel avanzado, HTML/CSS y herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
