  • NAV, Financial Statements & Management Reporting: Review and approve NAV calculations, financial statements, management accounts, cash flow statements, liquidity and FMV reports, applying professional judgment to complex accounting areas and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and reporting timelines.

  • Operational Governance, Risk & Process Efficiency: Provide overall oversight of fund accounting operations by identifying operational risks, resolving issues, standardizing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring strong controls, scalability, and efficient service delivery.

  • Audit, Tax & External Stakeholder Leadership: Lead the year-end audit and reporting process, including review of annual accounts and audit deliverables; oversee preparation of financial data for local tax filings (corporate income tax, GST); and act as the primary liaison with administrators, external auditors, tax advisors, and lending banks.

  • People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop fund accounting teams by providing regular feedback, technical guidance, and performance management; support capability building, succession planning, and engagement initiatives to drive strong team performance and long-term talent development.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive Total Rewards Package: Comprehensive annual compensation including basic salary, HRA, special allowance, provident fund contributions, gratuity, internet allowance, and food allowance.
  • Health & Insurance Coverage: Medical insurance, group term life insurance, and group personal accident insurance for financial security and peace of mind.
  • Allowances & Support: Transportation or transportation allowance and shift allowance to support work flexibility and commuting needs.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid leave to support work-life balance.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in fund or real estate accounting, including proven people-management responsibility (leading, coaching, and developing teams); CA or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage.

  • Leadership, Judgment & Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams under pressure, adjust plans to meet changing business needs, summarize complex issues, develop well-reasoned recommendations, and make sound, timely decisions at a managerial level.

  • Execution, Governance & Technical Rigor: Strong capability to multitask and prioritize diverse deliverables while maintaining a high level of accuracy, detail orientation, integrity, and professionalism, coupled with the ability to research, interpret, and conclude on complex technical accounting matters.

  • Professional, Communication & Industry Expertise: Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory); proactive, initiative-driven, and collaborative leader with experience in direct real estate investments, capable of engaging stakeholders effectively and fostering a high-performance, accountable team culture.
