Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator I to support data operations and project execution activities. This role is responsible for managing client data files, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables remain organized and on track.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable working with stakeholders across global teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in data operations, project coordination, and healthcare technology within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and track client files and project-related documentation in designated repositories.
- Partner with Project Managers and Data Teams to monitor sprint progress, project priorities, and deliverables.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve file-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across Nepal and the United States.
- Ensure data files and supporting materials are accurate, organized, and readily accessible.
- Follow established operational processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
- Support project coordination activities and assist with task tracking as needed.
- Manage multiple client files and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a software, technology, data operations, or project support environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to support business needs outside regular working hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of healthcare data or healthcare technology environments.
- Experience with data entry, data analysis, or file management processes.
- Experience supporting Project Managers, Team Leads, or Operations teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions, reporting, or VBA.
- Exposure to Agile or project-based delivery environments
