Lead statistical activities for real-world evidence and clinical research projects, including protocol review, Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) development, statistical methodology, analysis oversight, and interpretation of study results. Provide statistical leadership to cross-functional teams, review key deliverables (datasets, TLFs, reports), support client interactions, contribute to proposals and bid defenses, and mentor junior statistical staff. Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of statistical analyses and study reporting.
Key Requirements
MSc/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative field.
Significant experience leading statistical activities for clinical and/or RWE studies.
Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and SAS and/or R programming.
Experience with protocol review, SAP development, TLF specifications, and statistical reporting.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in real-world evidence studies, observational research, causal inference methods, and working with secondary healthcare databases.
