Sr Reference File Maintainer Assoc
Role Purpose:
Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA outlet database.
Job Description:
- Perform daily maintenance of outlet master file for US production.
- Solicits, gathers, and validates information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record.
- Perform daily bridging of outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database.
- Response to outlet related queries.
- Work on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules.
- Responsible for maintaining work allocations sheets containing client-required details that varies from one project to another.
- Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead.
- Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager.
- Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any science and technology field
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application.
- Ability to work under time constraints and under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in the night shift.
