In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of creative, marketing, events, video, and studio operationsprojectsthatsupportbusinessteamsaroundtheworld.You'llpartnerwithstakeholdersacrossmultiplecountries,overseeprojectdeliveryfromintakethroughcompletion,andhelpdriveoperationalexcellenceacrossafast-paced,high-volumecreativeenvironment.

WhatYou'llDo
Leadprojectsfromintaketodeliveryacrosscreative,marketing,events,video,andstudiooperationsfunctions.
Manageahighvolumeofrequestswhilebalancingpriorities,timelines,resourceavailability,andstakeholderexpectations.
Developprojectplans,timelines,milestones,anddeliveryschedules.
Coordinateworkacrosscreativeteams,studioleads,marketingoperationspartners,andbusinessstakeholders.
Facilitateprojectmeetings,statusreviews,handoffs,andcross-functionalcollaboration.
Identifyandmitigaterisks,bottlenecks,resourceconstraints,anddeliverychallenges.
Maintainprojectvisibilitythroughreporting,dashboards,statusupdates,andoperationalreviews.
Supportprocessimprovementsthatincreaseefficiency,consistency,andscalabilityacrosstheorganization.
ProvideprojectoversightandpeoplemanagementsupportfortwoGraphicDesignersbasedinMexicoCity.
Ensureprojectscomplywithbrand,legal,privacy,andoperationalrequirements.
WhatWe'reLookingFor
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentexperience.
5-8yearsofexperienceinprojectmanagement,projectcoordination,marketingoperations,creativeoperations,orrelatedfields.
Strongabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
Excellentorganizational,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
Experienceworkingacrosscross-functionalandmatrixedteams.
AdvancedEnglishcommunicationskills.
PreferredQualifications
Experienceinacreativeagency,in-housecreativestudio,marketingoperations,events,videoproduction,orcreativeservicesenvironment.
ExperienceusingprojectmanagementtoolssuchasSmartsheet,Workfront,MicrosoftPlanner,orsimilarplatforms.
Experiencewithdashboards,operationalreporting,capacityplanning,orworkloadmanagement.
PMP,CAPM,CSM,PRINCE2,orotherprojectmanagementcertifications.
Experienceworkingwithgeographicallydistributedglobalteams.
