iREMS Customer Success Manager

Task

Development of deep understanding of customer business requirements, industry challenges, and goalsGaining strong understanding of customer usage of iREMS to maximize adoption, provide best practice solutions, and ensure account retention and growthDevelopment and management of a portfolio of core customers with identification of new expansion opportunities and closing upsells and renewalsFacilitation of customer onboarding and trainingLeveraging internal business analytics tools to assess customer adoption and potential churn riskCreation and implementation of customer success plans for at-risk customersProvision of high-level support including monitoring support tickets and flagging anomaliesPerformance of defined customer support activities to improve customer relationshipsParticipation in business backlog review to report problems/bugs and understand issues discovered elsewhereAcceleration of new user adoption through functional and conceptual instruction and continuous education on new feature enhancementsRepresentation of the voice of the customer internally and building strong working relationships with the product team to provide customer feedback and ensure customer successRegular status calls with customersBuilding trust by providing responses to questions, concerns, and feedback in a positive, concise, and empathetic manner with appropriate escalationRecognition of customer trends and collaboration with internal teams on solutions to improve customer experienceRegular reporting to internal stakeholders on various customer success metricsDocumentation of business relationships and internal performance reporting including keeping client project documentation up-to-date

Expectation

Minimum BSc degree and 3 years of work experienceStrong logical, analytical and financial skills with accuracy in numbers and ability to follow methodology and procedureFluency in English both written and spokenSelf-motivated personality and problem-solving skills with can-do attitudeWell organized with excellent time management skillsInterpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skillsExperience in customer success, account management, consulting, solutions engineering, or related fieldsExperience working with data management business systems such as CRM or ERPExperience with tasks and activities related to financial reportingExperience in property management
