岗位职责：

1. 根据芯片设计规格，与Designer/DFT合作制定芯片测试方案，保证芯片测试覆盖率

2. 负责CP/FT测试程序开发、调试以及输出相关测试报告

3. 负责ATE测试硬件设计工作，包括Probecard、Loadboard、socket、Changekit等

4. CHAR/HTOL/DVS等工程程序开发与验证

5. 测试数据分析整理，量产阶段覆盖率提升，测试成本优化以及良率改善工作

6. RMA芯片定位与失效分析

任职资格：

1. 本科学历及以上，3-8年ATE领域工作经验

2. 拥有大功耗SOC芯片测试经验者优先

3. 熟悉93K、Ultraflex等主流平台，丰富的编程与调试能力，能够独立开发ATE测试程序

4. 了解DFT基础原理，如JTAG/SCAN/MBIST等

5. 熟悉脚本语言编程能力如Python/Perl等
