Iron Mountain is seeking a quality-focused First Line Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics team. Step into a frontline leadership role where operational precision meets true craftsmanship. Overseeing inbound processes at our modern Rugby 5 facility, you will champion meticulous care and high handling standards for an exclusive luxury e-commerce account. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead daily team operations: Direct shift allocations, conduct morning huddles, and mentor approximately 10 operatives and agency personnel to foster a supportive, high-performing environment.
  • Oversee inbound receiving: Supervise all intake workflows from initial vehicle unloading through to accurate system putaway, safeguarding high-value merchandise against handling damage.
  • Maintain quality and care targets: Drive process consistency and inventory accuracy across the dock, prioritizing rigorous stock protection and meticulous presentation standards over rushed packing speeds.
  • Uphold safety compliance: Champion continuous warehouse health and safety by conducting routine site inspections, maintaining clean staging areas, and addressing operational hazards promptly.
  • Coordinate cross-functional handovers: Partner closely with outbound supervisors, inventory teams, and shift management to ensure balanced workflow execution and seamless daily transitions.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of warehouse supervisory, team leader, or first-line management experience within a fast-moving logistics, retail distribution, or e-commerce facility.
  • Strong knowledge of core warehouse operations, inventory control, and digital Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proven capability in coaching team members, managing agency staffing flexes, and enforcing rigorous manual handling standards.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to personal transport to commute reliably to the Rugby 5 site.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Modern facility location at Rugby 5, Rugby.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday allowance.
  • Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a major logistics network.
