Are you an experienced and dynamic IT professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join our team and lead our IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology systems across our courier and logistics operations.
Plan, manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, networks and branch connectivity.
Ensure the smooth operation of courier management and shipment-tracking systems.
Lead and manage the IT team, assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
Maintain servers, databases, cloud systems, networks, firewalls and cybersecurity.
Manage barcode scanners, label printers, computers and other operational IT equipment.
Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with software vendors and internet service providers.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Provide strategic IT planning, system integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure data security, backup and disaster recovery.
Oversee IT documentation, policies and compliance.

A professional and collaborative working environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer
Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years in an IT management role.
Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and system integrations.
Experience with courier management systems, barcode technology, shipment-tracking systems and multi-branch IT operations will be an
added advantage.
Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel to branches and distribution centers when required.
