@ Manage !T infrastructure, networks and e@ Diploma or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer branch connectivity. Science, Network Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
@ Provide technical support for courier
management and shipment-tracking systems. e@ Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
@ Maintain barcode scanners, label printers,
computers and other operational IT equipment. e@ Strong knowledge of networking, computer
hardware and software troubleshooting.
@ Troubleshoot hardware, software and network @ Experience with courier management systems, issues across branches and distribution centers. barcode technology and shipment-tracking
ee : A ; systems will be an advantage.
@ Maintain cybersecurity, endpoint protection,
data backups and IT documentation. e@ Excellent problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
@ Coordinate with software vendors and internet service providers to ensure smooth operations. @ Willingness to travel to branches when required.
