Troubleshooting Skills
9 Maintain servers, networks,
and IT systems.
Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage backups, data security, and system protection.
Handle LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Configure and support email systems.
Monitor CCTV systems and vehicle GPS systems.
Maintain IT documentation and system records.

Diploma or BSc in IT or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, firewalls, and operating systems.
