IT Application Manager

The IT Senior Application Manager is responsible for the operational management of the global SaaS platform, ensuring it runs reliably, securely, and in compliance with both local and global standards. The role oversees integrations, manages user access, and supports the platform’s alignment with the central governance framework.

• Own and administer the global SaaS platform, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations
• Act as the subject matter expert for the platform, understanding the system configuration, functionality, data model, and end-to-end Business processes
• Manage platform configuration and optimisation to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements
• Serve as custodian of the technology ecosystem, including integrations, data pipelines, and supporting applications
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of Business data and reporting
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, testing, and change management activities with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Monitor platform performance, incidents, and service levels, providing Level 2 support and issue resolution
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of contracted services and roadmap commitments
• Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, automation, and process standardisation across the Business landscape
• Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders by translating Business operational requirements into system capabilities and solutions

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms in a global enterprise setting
• Experience with identity and access management, audit logging, and data integration
• Proven ability to manage change control, configuration, and release cycles
• Strong coordination and communication across diverse teams and regions
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to operational delivery
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to manage complexity and maintain clarity under pressure
