- Accounting Degree + Articles or
- Accounting Degree + 3 years solid accounting experience
- Cost accounting experience
- Advanced Excel
- Exposure/experience with forex transactions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle everyday money transactions (like bills, money owed to us, and ledger updates).
- Make sure payments to suppliers and producers and within the company are correct and on time.
- Check bank accounts daily to make sure they match our records.
- Help predict how much cash the company will have and plan for it.
- Manage ledgers on producer payments
- Help with closing the books at the end of each month and year.
- Combine financial information from different parts of the company.
- Reconcile any money transfers between different company parts.
- Keep good records for all combined financial accounts.
