工作內容

1. 負責PCBA產線製程規劃與優化，提升生產效率、良率與穩定性，並持續導入製程改善方案。

2. 執行生產異常與品質問題分析，提出對策並追蹤改善成效，確保產品符合品質要求。

3. 依產品特性制定與維護製程標準(SOP/WI)，指導與培訓現場作業人員正確操作。

4. 參與新產品導入(NPI)，評估生產可行性與設備需求，協助試產與量產導入。

5. 掌握產線生產狀況與瓶頸，協調人員與資源配置，確保產能達成與交期穩定。

條件要求

1. 熟悉PCBA製程流程與各站別作業(貼片、焊接、測試、組裝等)，能針對製程異常進行分析與改善。

2. 具PCBA生產管理或現場工程相關經驗，能規劃產能與排程，確保交期與生產效率。

3. 具良好溝通與協調能力，能有效跨部門(研發、品保、採購、產線)合作並推動改善專案。

4. 能撰寫並維護製程文件(SOP、WI、作業標準書)，確保現場人員依標準作業執行。

5. 具問題分析與持續改善能力，能運用基本品質工具(如5Why、魚骨圖等)提升良率與降低不良率。

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
