工作內容

1.負責企業內部 DevOps CI／DevSecOps CI 平台建置、維運與持續改善。

2.負責 GitLab 與 CI Pipeline 流程設計、整合、維護及問題排除，推動開發流程標準化與自動化。

3.維護與整合 Vault、SonarQube、SCA、Secret Scan、ZAP Scan、Dockerfile Scan 等資安及程式碼品質工具，建立 DevSecOps 治理機制。

4.負責 Nexus、Harbor、Baseimage 等 Artifact／Container Image Repository 相關管理與治理。

5.參與內部自研平台 Wistron Cloud Portal（WCP） 開發，包含前端、後端、API、資料庫及系統功能維護。

6.負責資料庫自研平台的相關服務開發、維運、版本管理、資安、容量／效能管理及使用者需求支援。

7.維護 Matomo、自建 CI Monitor 等平台，進行系統監控、DevOps 指標治理。

8.進行平台日常維運、異常排除、Log 分析、Root Cause Analysis、版本升級及安全性改善。

9.開發並維護維運相關 Script、API或AI Agent 與自動化工具，降低人工操作並提升維運及開發效率。

10.與開發團隊合作，持續改善 Developer Experience、CI 流程、平台穩定性及資安治理。
