1. 電子、電機或相關工程學系畢業，具備3年以上Server硬體開發經驗。
2. 熟悉電路設計與模擬工具，如Cadence、Altium Designer等。
3. 具備PCB佈局設計能力，能夠獨立完成多層板設計。
4. 熟悉硬體驗證流程，具備問題分析與解決能力。
5. 具備良好的團隊合作精神與溝通能力，能有效協調跨部門資源。
