1.產能與人力規劃：每月產能評估，全廠區直接人員規劃安排及標準化。

2.工廠Layout規劃：與各單位討論工廠layout規劃，包括設備安裝時程、施工預算管控、動線設計。

3.成本規劃：產品成本評估及進行成本管控、分析及優化，包括MOH/Unit MOH等。

4.專案推行：專案評估，包括i4.0專案、AI數位轉型專案、成本改善相關專案。

5.生產流程標準化及ECRS優化。

條件要求

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
