- Testing & UAT Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, execute validation test cases, document results, and track defects in issue logs.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including field-level data mappings, data dictionaries, issue trackers, test evidence, and audit trails.

- Advanced Excel & Power Query: High proficiency with intermediate to advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMPRODUCT, nested IF/IFS) and hands-on experience using Power Query for data wrangling, cleansing, and automated preparation.

- Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Solid background in data reconciliation, exception handling, and structured defect tracking.
- Communication & Organization: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate with business stakeholders, maintain ownership of tasks, and meet tight delivery schedules.
Desirable / Advantageous Skills
- Previous experience within banking, credit, regulatory reporting, or broader financial services transformation projects.
- Hands-on exposure to dedicated data migration toolsets or cutover programmes.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting or building validation dashboards.
