As a Junior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in compliance and regulatory solutions. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the Pay Transparency project, ensuring adherence to EU Directive requirements on salary transparency across organizations. Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and regulatory compliance
• Manage project schedule, scope, and resources effectively across multiple teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve issues swiftly
• Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution
• Track project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays
• Support documentation of project deliverables and compliance records
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align project goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or related fields
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in managing software implementation or IT projects
• Familiarity with project cycle and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL) at an advanced level; security awareness is required
• Basic understanding of Oracle technology is a strong plus
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with statistical models or data analysis
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Knowledge of software deployment methodologies

Language required for the role: Polish (Good command); English (Communicative)
