Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud, Container Platforms, and Automation

As a Senior DevOps Coach, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital infrastructure. Your expertise will help shape the future of enterprise cloud solutions, empowering teams to achieve DevOps excellence and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

• Coach development and operations teams to enhance their DevOps maturity, practices, and autonomy
• Support, optimize, and promote CI/CD tooling and automation practices across multiple teams
• Follow application maturity levels and help teams define targeted improvement strategies
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Contribute to solution studies, technical design decisions, and strategic DevOps transformation initiatives
• Act as the local manager in Lisbon, ensuring team coordination, alignment, and effective communication with global management

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, or related fields
• Strong expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, XL Deploy, Argo CD, and Ansible
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and operating models
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks
• Proven ability to coach technical teams and facilitate DevOps adoption
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation practices
• English (Communicative level minimum)
• French (proficient level preferred)
