Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Head with strong expertise in Business Development and Marketing to lead the center's overall growth and operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading marketing initiatives to expand the center's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, explore potential markets, and establish strategic partnerships.
• Lead marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities to increase visibility and attract new customers or clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive lead generation, business acquisition, client engagement, and customer retention initiatives.
• Prepare business plans, revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the center team to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Track key business performance indicators, including revenue growth, lead conversion, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business and marketing strategies.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, business events, networking forums, and industry engagements.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in Business Development and Marketing.
• Proven experience in leading a business unit, center, branch, or regional operation.
• Strong track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and business expansion.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and building strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and business performance targets.
