Je ondersteunt Cisco Call Manager en Citrix Workspace environment
Je werkt met tools zoals Zendesk, Veeam en Paxton Access
Je denkt mee over innovaties en verbeteringen in de ICT-infrastructuur
Je werkt zelfstandig en kan omgaan met doelen en deadlines

Minimum 5 jaar relevante ICT-ervaring
Gepassioneerd door ICT en innovatie
Leergierig en bereid om bij te blijven in een snel evoluerende sector
Sterke kennis van Windows Server en Workstation
Kennis van Microsoft Exchange
Kennis van Azure en Microsoft 365
Ervaring met Cisco Call Manager
Ervaring met Citrix Workspace environment
Zelfstandig en kan goed omgaan met doelen en deadlines
Probleemoplossend vermogen en hands-on mentaliteit
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om collega's te ondersteunen
