Restaurant Operations Manager

J-Six Group is recruiting a qualified professional to join our team as Restaurant Operations Manager in Lagos.

J-Six Group operates eight locations across Lagos State, with subsidiaries in FMCG distribution, agribusiness, agriculture, and the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector. Our company focuses on delivering competitive pricing, high-quality products, and a positive customer experience.

• Reports to: Managing Director
• Direct Report: Shift Managers and Supervisors

• Oversee all daily operations across the company’s three restaurant outlets, covering production quality, sales, staffing, ambience, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Monitor daily sales figures and reports for each outlet, ensuring Shift Managers diligently complete their assigned tasks.
• Implement company policies, processes, and compliance requirements, including food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Create a training calendar and coordinate development sessions for front-of-house and production staff to enhance their skills.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and execute plans to consistently meet and exceed daily sales targets across all outlets.
• Ensure kitchen staff prepare and deliver orders according to menu specifications and company standards.
• Design strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas, inventory, and front-of-house operations to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Manage disciplinary issues and refer escalations to the Human Resources department as appropriate.
• Implement measures to reduce wastage and lower production costs.
• Keep track of local competition and develop customer retention plans, including marketing initiatives and creative promotions.
• Oversee the implementation of local sales-building programs.

• B.Sc degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
