Jabil is seeking a Global HR Project Manager to work at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL.
How will you make an impact?
As the Global HR Project Manager with Jabil, you will lead and manage HR related projects across various regions, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
What will you do?
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of global HR projects, including but not limited to HR technology implementations, process improvements, organizational design changes, and talent management initiatives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with HR stakeholders and business leaders.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and accountability.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and communication channels to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership as needed.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend future improvements.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and systems.
Stay informed of HR best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform project strategies.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
How will you get here?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion focused on global HR projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-regional HR initiatives from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of HR functions or working with Cross-Functional Teams, processes, and systems.
PMP or other recognized project management certification is strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
Ability to travel as required when needed, up to about 15%.
