Under general direction, provides comprehensive analysis of employee records. Generates retrieval of statistical summary reports from information systems and provides recommendations based on the data. Researches and recommends new or modified systems, equipment, and software.

1. Advanced Workday Operational Expertise

The role requires deep knowledge of Workday operational processes, including:

• Workday Core HCM business processes and security framework
• User Interface (UI) navigation and troubleshooting
• Mass data processing and bulk transaction management through EIB, Mass Operations, and system tools
