職位概要：**
負責模具的鉗工、組裝及焊補工作，確保模具的精準度、功能性和耐用性，以支援生產需求。
職責：**
* 依據設計圖和技術要求，進行模具零件的精密加工、組裝、校準和調試。
* 負責模具的缺陷檢查、損壞評估及焊補修復，以維持模具的最佳性能。
* 操作各種鉗工、焊接工具和量測儀器，確保工作符合品質標準。
* 執行模具的日常維護和保養，記錄維護細節，並提出改進建議。
* 與設計、生產部門緊密合作，解決模具相關技術問題，提升生產效率。
* 遵守Jabil的安全操作規程和品質管理體系。
資格：**
* 具備模具鉗工、組裝或焊補相關經驗，熟悉各類模具結構和加工工藝。
* 掌握精密測量儀器的使用，能獨立完成模具的檢測和校準。
* 具備氬弧焊、電焊等焊接技能，能處理不同材質的模具修復。
* 能讀懂機械圖紙和技術規範。
* 具備良好的團隊合作精神和溝通能力。
* 高中或中等職業學校畢業，機械相關專業者優先。
* 能適應輪班工作。

Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ sản xuất hàng ngày theo sự phân công của cấp trên Tự lắp ráp khuôn một cách độc lập Nhập và cập nhật báo cáo gia công máy móc và các biểu mẫu liên quan trên máy tính hàng ngày Phối hợp với cấp trên để thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến hiện trường định kỳ Đọc và hiểu bản vẽ 2D/3D của jig và khuôn Phân tích nguyên nhân các vấn đề của khuôn, đề xuất giải pháp và thực hiện cải tiến

Tooling Assembly Technician
Job Responsibilities
Complete daily production tasks assigned by the supervisor Independently assemble tooling/molds Update daily machining reports and related forms in the system Cooperate with supervisor to implement periodic shopfloor improvement activities Read and interpret 2D/3D drawings of fixtures and molds Analyze tooling issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions
Requirements
Major in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields is preferred Experience as a fitter/mechanical technician is preferred (freshers/trainees are acceptable) Experience in plastic injection molds is preferred Good communication and coordination skills; able to work overtime and shift work (2 or 3 shifts) Basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Knowledge of injection molding machines is a plus
