AV&L Package Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced AV & Lighting Package Manager specialized in Entertainment and Theme Park projects to lead and oversee all aspects of audio-visual and lighting systems design, implementation, and management. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality AV and lighting solutions that enhance guest experiences in entertainment venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AV and lighting design, engineering, and implementation processes for entertainment and theme park projects.
• Develop project strategies and manage resources to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of AV and lighting systems.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends in AV and lighting, especially within entertainment and theme park contexts.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio-Visual Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in AV and lighting management with a focus on entertainment, theme parks, or similar venues.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AV and lighting projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting design, control systems, and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with industry software and technologies related to AV and lighting (e.g., lighting consoles, audio processors, CAD software).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to AV and lighting systems.
